We’re looking for a Junior PPC Marketer to join our team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000 – £21,500 – DOE
Location: Grimsby/Lincoln/Remote

The Role

From your first day you will begin training with our PPC expert. You will be quickly introduced to PPC through personal 1-2-1 training sessions.

We want you to live and breathe PPC marketing, and become an expert in the field.

Alongside your training you will be responsible for helping out on client accounts, with the assistance of our PPC executive.

The successful candidate will need to be passionate about data. Taking the time to learn and understand GA4 as well as other platforms will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Within this role, some of the key areas you will be responsible for are:

  • Entry-level Google Ads and Social Media Ads adjustments and suggestions for clients.
  • Improving your abilities and understanding with industry research.
  • Working with the marketing team to think of new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Helping to hit internal and client marketing targets.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and industry research.
  • Preparing monthly client reports that provide insight into the performance of campaigns.
  • Getting involved with creative ideas for social media content.
  • Developing a client base of on-going marketing contracts.
  • Planning, managing and optimising clients digital marketing by offering new solutions to their problems.
  • Continuously improve performance by learning new skills and offerings to clients.

Essential

  • Minimum of 1 year working in marketing.
  • A passion for creating digital marketing and problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly creative with good analytical understanding.
  • A real passion for becoming an expert in your field.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Highly creative with good analytical understanding.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in client facing roles is a bonus.
  • Educational background in marketing or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
