Bush Tyres approached us as their previous website had seen better days. It failed to reflect the company’s current plans for growth and was stuck on an outdated platform, making it difficult and costly to introduce new features or perform essential updates.
There was also a critical need to create a robust solution to integrate seamlessly with DriveRight, their new tyre database system.

Solution
We set about creating a digital transformation brief that started with their online performance.
We created a new ecommerce website bespoke to the needs of Bush Tyres, to convert visitors into customers by providing them with the information they needed, clearly and efficiently. Our focus was on usability, making sure customers could find the right tyre or other services without any hassle.
Integration with the DriveRight database was important, so we built a custom API. This not only facilitated real-time data sharing across the Bush Tyres admin portal but also laid the groundwork for future expansions, including staff and customer portals.
The bespoke admin portal we developed allows the Bush team to quickly manage branches, users, permissions, services, and more. It helped to allow their internal team to manage and report on the performance of their branches and customer accounts with valuable data.
