In a move to streamline and grow our business, Red Cloud Hosting will become part of Laser Red on June 1st.
For many years, Red Cloud Hosting has been the sister company to Laser Red. The separate limited company was originally setup to provide managed hosting services and support to clients during the recession, when many web and hosting companies went into administration. The business has continued to grow year on year and now looks after more than 200 clients dotted around the UK and abroad.
In an effort to make things much easier for both our clients and our staff we’ll be moving all services, billing and support under one roof. This will come into effect as of June 1st 2016.
What this means for clients
Better support and easier billing.
Clients will no longer need to use a different support email address to get help when they need it. Now we will have one email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and one telephone number (01472 878496) for all support needs.
Also if clients need to pay any invoices they will be able to pay them all into the same bank account no matter if they’re for hosting services or updates on your website.
We can also optimise your website to improve site speeds across the board. Giving your customers the best experience possible.
What happens next
If you are a current client then you don’t need to worry about changing anything, we will take care of it all.
Because we use digital products the switch over will be very quick and straight forward.
If you’re currently paying for your hosting services via Direct Debit through GoCardless then we will update our bank details with our payment processor.
